The strategic platform for the launch of this New York (now iconic) home delivery food service was ‘freshness, and prices for gourmet-quality foods & ingredients that are hard to believe’. 

We turned that into ‘Impossible-to-believe freshness at impossible-to-believe prices’ and had the impossible food itself, talking about its own impossible-to-believe freshness.
