Pfizer was struggling to recruit new employees to come take jobs in their bio-facilities outside of the major markets. There exists the perception that these smaller towns have little going on besides work. 

So we hired a travel vlogger to help give a tour of these cities, showing the cultural attractions and the happy social community one can find both at work and at play there.
